A clarification meeting of the Sharon Historical Commission, Sharon Historic District Commission was held at 7:30 P.M. in the Sharon Town Offices with Chairperson Gordon Hughes, Vice-Chairperson Robert Young, Member David Martin, Member Shirley Schofield, Member Deborah Pitman and Alternate Brent Gundlah in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

Mirrione Development – 157 North Main Street

There is apparent confusion around the results of discussion during our 5/19/04 meeting as a letter from Mirrione Development 5/26/04 assumes that a six month demolition delay has begun. In addition, a letter written by the Town Building Inspector 6/2/04 makes the same assumption.

Chairperson Hughes to write a letter to Joe Kent advising him that we cannot vote on a demolition delay as Mirrione Development does not yet own the property (Minutes 6/9/04). In addition Ben Puritz is to be advised and asked about referencing Town Counsel on this issue.
